What we need from you
- Always: loading address, consignee, description of goods and weight – for booking and bill of lading
- If we handle export customs: commercial invoice and packing list
- For vehicles: type of engine (petrol, diesel, hybrid, electric) – for dangerous goods also a DGD and safety data sheet (MSDS)
- Wooden packaging and pallets must be treated and marked according to ISPM 15.
Which other documents are needed depends on the goods – we will let you know in advance.
Good to know
From September to April, measures against the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB) apply: certain goods from Europe must be treated before shipment. Australia also inspects timber, packaging and the cleanliness of goods particularly closely.
