What we need from you
- Always: loading address, consignee, description of goods and weight – for booking and bill of lading
- If we handle export customs: commercial invoice and packing list
- For vehicles: type of engine (petrol, diesel, hybrid, electric) – for dangerous goods also a DGD and safety data sheet (MSDS)
- Wooden packaging and pallets must be treated and marked according to ISPM 15.
Which other documents are needed depends on the goods – we will let you know in advance.
Good to know
Mongolia has no seaport of its own. Containers are shipped to the port of Tianjin (Xingang) in northern China and then continue by rail to Ulaanbaatar. We agree the route and transit time with you individually.
