How your export works
Goods, quantity and destination port – you receive a quote quickly.
We deliver the container to your loading site or load it for you.
Transport to the port of Hamburg and, if required, the export declaration (ATLAS).
Check status and ETA online at any time.
What we need from you
- Always: loading address, consignee, description of goods and weight – for booking and bill of lading
- If we handle export customs: commercial invoice and packing list
- For vehicles: type of engine (petrol, diesel, hybrid, electric) – for dangerous goods also a DGD and safety data sheet (MSDS)
- Wooden packaging and pallets must be treated and marked according to ISPM 15.
Which other documents are needed depends on the goods – we will let you know in advance.
Good to know
We currently reach Persian Gulf ports such as Jebel Ali and Abu Dhabi only via detours – through Khor Fakkan or Fujairah with onward truck transport. We will give you up-to-date transit times and costs.
